Surya : ah, but I laugh a lot.
Tini : we don`t laugh in our job. not that laugh out loud. (tertawa lepas)
Surya : hahaha....I don`t mind laughing a lot.
Tini : I don`t mind, either, but my customers will.
Surya : My job is not about courtesy. it is more technical. I need to know how to operate the machine.
Tini : Which is straigther to the point Please.
Surya : well, you could say so. it`s just that people want me to explain things about the machine. They want me to know that if they change the design, the construction will not break.

Sari : it is more predictable and there is no need to be emotional....Okay!!!
Tini : I don`t get emotional, either in my job.
Sari : Sometimes I get Carried away.

Dino : and take it personal.
Sari : when people are shouting and they just cannot listen.
Dino : But there are also times, they give you encouraging talks.
Sari : Yes, come to think of it, there are more pluses than minuses. only one or two people are really difficult person.
Surya : well as technicians, we work with computer, drawing, machines.
Sari : not much of personal contact?
Surya : oh, yes we have, we need to train the operators and sometimes you can get annoyed so easily dealing with hundreds of subordinates.
Dino : Some will follow the rules, some others will not.
Surya : Yes, Right.
Dino : I think we all deal with people. and people are not machines or robot. we must have toleran about them. They have feelings and that what makes talks Colorful.
Surya : No Matter where we work.
Tina : Yes, I agree.
